Design a Logo for Hotel

Contest Brief
Need a logo for a hotel that is planned to be expanded to two hotels and possibly more later. Name is Aspire Hotels. Can be a graphic with the words Aspire Hotels below or beside or both. Graphic can be of the letter 'A' or some other creative approach. No preference for colours. Hotel rating would be 4 stars so a logo to reflect that. Need logo/name to be instantly recognizable so no fancy writing or scribble where people have to view for a a few seconds to get what is being said. Should be designed keeping in mind signs will be needed and they need to communicate as much as look good.

Just wanted to clarify why a winner was not selected. It was not an issue with the entries, so many of which were great. Unfortunately the client had a change of plans and it appears is not going ahead with the proposed naming. We hung off until we had final confirmation but it didn't come in time. We believed the fairest outcome was for the $500 to be shared among those that were in the running. If there is a further change we may come back through Freelancer to one or two of you to negotiate buying your design still. Thank you so much for your efforts and I am sorry we were not able to proceed to finalising a winner on this occasion.

#2182 for your consideration. A two color concept to emphasize simplicity and design. Brand colors could be added if you select this design. Inspired by upscale hotels such as the W and Mandarin Oriental, the design is stylized and highly identifiable. It is different than anything in the current American market.
