Contest Brief

I am looking for a logo design for a newly formed business. The name of the company is 'Tee Dunks". In regards to the logo, I am open to all concepts of this logo design and will be very communicative on all submitted entries. With that said, please see the below details regarding more specifics of the logo.

Regarding Colors - At this point, we have not settled on an exact color scheme but we expect to use a Blue and Modern Orange complement. I would like to see designs that include this color schemes and will provide feedback accordingly.

Regarding Style - We are a newer, younger company so we are looking for a design that is very sharp, clean and modern. We are open to the thoughts of a design just featuring the words of company but am also like the concept of designs incorporating icons that play on the brand name of company, Tee Dunks. The company is T-Shirt and Novelty gift website company that focuses on shirts that appeal to the younger generation with a focus on Sports, Humor, Common Genre's and Custom Messaging. I have seen a couple of designs that incorporate the look of a T-Shirt in the "T" Tees and I really like the thought of it but it needs to be unique and tasteful. In addition to that,I have also had several thoughts on animations to include in the logo and one that continues to come to the forefront is the incorporation of a basketball net to tie into the words 'Dunks'. Altogther, I am open to all designs - simple text designs, animated logo's and designs that incorporate both a styled font and seperate logo/animation together.

Business Background - Just as a little background to overall business - we are a creator and ecommerce seller of custom designed Tee Shirts, Apparel and novelty items. We have hundreds of designs focusing on the likes of Sport Teams, Common Genre's, Humor and Custom Messaging. Some similar companies and their logos are Textualtees.com, thehecklerstore.com and smackapparel.com.

I am hoping that this is enough detail to get you all started and if you have any questions that may help with the overall design feel free to message me accordingly.

UPDATE: I have uploaded a mock up based off the currently top rated entry. I really like the simplicity of the mock up I have provided along with design element that fits the initials in the Logo of the "T" overall as the Tee Shirt and the "D" as the collar of the t-shirt. Subtle but I like the way it fits together, how clean/modern/sleek it as and the overall simplicity of it.

  I do agree with you on your note below about it being your original design. I just need someone to deliver a finished product/logo. I really like what you sent me via DropBox and just need a few little changes on it. Please make these couple revisions and the award is yours. First the "D" as the collar is just a little too big - I want it to fit a little more proportionally to the shirt but the way it is colored in white with the blue fill is perfect. I am also a bigger fan of the more simple text in entry 50 that is very blocky but I just do not want the inside outline. If you could please deliver that, than it is yours. Thank you.

Dear Contest Holder, I was out of station for my office work. So, I could not make a reply. I will make your changes within 4-5 hours. And I want to clarify one thing, Mr. dahlgrendesign just copied my idea and modified it. So, his entries are not fair. Have a serious look on it. Thank you.
