Aim to offer 1 free week training.
Flyer to be fun and exciting with a feel of hard work and fun.
Any images can be used with Women and Men doing boxing training.
#beyourownchampion is to be used on both sides and we want people to follow us on our instagram account.

With the other side to be appealing to the public to make people come and train with us.
