Design a blistercard from our current packaging

Contest Brief

Our project:
We are looking for our packaging to be redesigned to a more retail friendly blister card. Currently we have a box but are phasing this out.
Please submit at least 2(see below) blister card designs in size 130x 150. Please note that we require the files to be submitted in photoshop and *MUST* be vector images because we will need to edit the size frequently. Both sides must be in colour.

What we require:
1) The new blister cards must be similar to our existing branding (use of water, SoniBrite logo including the underline, website, and the content must be on the back.
2) Must add RoHs, FDA, and EC symbols to the packaging for compliance
3) The blister card will be used for multiple variations with brush heads on the front and back for some blister cards, but not all.

This will be similar to the competitor’s example attached. (Note: There will not be a hole in the middle, so alignment on both sides is key for double sided head cards.)
4) 2 designed blister cards: Quantities will consist of 12 (one double sided headed blister card, and one blister card with 4 on the front.) 10 (5 Front and 5 back) 8 ( 4 on front 4 on back) 5(just on front).

In your submissions please include front and back double sided head cards, and a single sided one with heads on one side (information still on back). The key is to ensure your idea doesn’t have too much blank space on the single sided heads card but its preferred to use one design for us for printing purposes. (Both shall be very similar)
5) Please make one of the white toothbrushes black that are one the label (One white and one black shall be part of the new blister card.

Bonus points:
1) Creative and improves our current branding.
2) Icons that represent each key point in the content (Must belong to you or stock icons*) Room for negotiations on purchasing icons if not the winner.
3) Do feel free to get creative and spiff up our lovely packaging
4) It’s important that it looks modern and not tacky.

    Size references are a bit off so here is a bit of an update. So a 5 pack there will a mould on the front approximately 100x90, 8 packs will have 4 on in a mould on the front and 4 on the back (mould aproximatly 80m x 86, 12 packs will be one card with double headed mould and one pack of four single sided (mould 86m x 80m). 16 packs will essentially get 2 of the 8's above, and 20s will be 2 double sided 5's. (Each head is 86m x 16)

    Another key suggestions is maybe aim to work off our current label. We like our current box label but are looking to have it designed into the blister card. Very few revisions are required but spiffing it up a little bit would create a winner!

    A couple things to bear in mind. It would be great to see designs with the front and back options as if they had the head plastic moulds on both sides. (See Competitor example.)
