Contest Brief

I am trying to create concept art for a project. I am looking to have multiple graphical images made of what this seastead hull is supposed to look like, one showing people on the inside, one showing people walking around on the floating road on the outside, and one about 6 of these being connected by a single floating road, with people walking around on it. I may have a small amount more work in the future if this is done well, I want it very soon, before the end of October. An example of the art style I am looking for is this image here:

I specifically want :
1. Inside view of people walking around on the spiral staircase of my hull. (please include water tanks at the bottom)
2. People walking around outside of the structure, maybe boats in the background.
3. Several of these structures connected together by a floating road, with staircases leading down to the road for people to walk up to the door on. Please include the emergency styrofoam floatation ring either on the inside or outside of the structure, I have not yet decided where it should go.

The cylinder of this structure has a diameter of about 20 to 22 feet and a height of about 40 to 46 feet. the ballast ball at the bottom has a diameter of about 12 feet and is held in place with three beams.

Dear Contest Holder -
I've update design base on your new upadate - please check #13
~~ in general the ratio of the tank and the hook is 2/3 (estimated)
~~ for the newupdate you've change the amout of room -but not mention what room is that for,
Please mention the use of the room so that you can add design attributes -
or just leave it blank..
