Contest Brief
The name of the company is "Capital & Leadership Partners". It works for investors and creditors on Restructuring and Reorganization projects (finance and management). CLP is also active in originating and executing deals for large institutional investors.
Company presentations are done with simple and genuine layouts.
Key values to be considered while creating the logo are, Clarity, Trust, Reliability, Simplicity, Professionalism, Seriousness.
See websites of McKinzey & Co, Lazard, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan as a reference for creativity.
The final product needs to contain the logo with transparent background and the logo with colored background (if applicable) both in picture formats (i.e. Jpeg) and editable files.
Powerpoint layout needs to have a coherent set of colors and fonts and possibly more versions of cover pages

I hope you not planning to have one with your brand initials in the same way that are highlighted in the above article?
People will also use logo mockups to avoid getting a direct hit by google reverse image search so please ask them to show their logos in plain white and with plain black background for Icon seprated from the name.- 4 years ago

Example, #22 might be a non-generic logo design, right-click on the Entry's Image Holder after opening the entry in full view mode and "search google for image" in google chrome from the pop-up menu.
