whenever our patients need it

Here at Epworth, we know this –

In developing our next strategic horizon for Epworth

We realised something

We realised that the only way we were going to truly enhance the patient experience

And add value in the current climate

Identifying NEW and BETTER ways of working

Regardless of whether you work in theatre

or in the patient transport

In food services

or in IT

YOU are the patient experience here at Epworth

You know the obstacles
…the barriers
….the blockages
…the inefficiencies

And we are pretty sure you also know a lot of the answers
... the opportunities
...the moments of delight for our patients

So where to from here?

We are already working on a number of initiatives to uncover new and better ways of working

We’ve stated reviewing some of our existing systems and processes

And we are actively planning to make things better

We’re identifying automation and efficiencies so you can spend your time caring for…

our community

We’re exploring and experimenting with different models of care

We’re researching new and innovative approaches

And we’re committed to unlocking and harnessing the ideas and knowledge of our people to take us further

But we are only at the start
