Laura, I forgot to mention that we would like to collect the rainwater from the roof to fill a reservoir to be used to irrigate and water the surrounding landscape. It is an eco-freindly idea to make the best use of the natural resource available.

Hi Laura! Not surprisingly, i really like the design! Good Job! The floor plan is also very well put together and great use of space. I like the separation of the bedrooms from the living areas. As I mentioned, this building must withstand hurricane storms with high winds and we may need to modify the glass railing to another form in order to accomodate for the possibility of storms. I do like the look of the glass though :) Also, i appreciate the roof-top design in that i want the residents to have access and we are thinking of outdoor grilling area, lounging area, and possible jacuzzi/hot tub. This was not mentioned in the contest brief though. Since you already have the railing across the roof, this works but may need to change to a different material because of storms. Do have a model for the 1 bedroom building as well? Thanks!
