Contest Brief

Hi there,
(Please see the requirements.png attachment to visualize easily what I'm looking for)

I want to design a user interface (UI) with three components using CSS3, HTML5, and maybe (jQuery). The three components are as follow:

1. A nice drop down menu.
2. A radial element (just like Radial Menu Control), I name it (entities)
3. Another radial element i call it (fix_map).

but HERE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART FOR EACH ONE (see attachments to understand clearly) :

A) the (entities) radial menu must has the following characteristics:

* design primary for RTL language
* It must has 4 radial levels.
* Every level has its own color (i can change it if want) same as in the picture.
* each level has nodes (circles with text) I can (+/-) add or remove nodes dynamically.
* each node can be shown as (enabled / disabled) by using background fill color.
* I can click on each node and show a pop up showing some info (from database)
* The center has a circle with a text in it.
* if I click on the center they can expand or collapse.

B) the (fix_map) radial :

* design primary for RTL language
* It must has 2 radial levels
* the outer level, has exactly 8 nodes with text.
* the inner level has 4 nodes with text.
* each node, when I click it shows a pop-up window to show some text & data from DB.
* the center has a circle with text in it, can click on it to expand or collapse.

The drop down menu will be used to show relevant information on the page, so when the user change the value of the drop down menu, the context of the nodes & the status will be updated to reflect the DB info.

  We will negotiate if the work is fine. I was assuming One can may refer to many libraries that make the task easier, that why I put the initial value of $30.
