Contest Brief

I need a new back of shirt design for my brand. I am going to upload pictures and instructions of what i am looking for. I want to keep it with this same look. Except instead of the state flag behind the dog. I want it to be the actual state of Tennessee instead. I have uploaded a picture for that also and I want it to be colored in the PMS 151 the official code for Tennessee Vol Orange.
As for the dog. I like his positioning. I just want to change the breed to a bluetick hound which is the official dog for the University of Tennessee. This dog looks similar already but I will upload a file to help. Then I would like the words in the original picture to be replaced with "Living Life 3 In" in a Rise of Kingdom font.
The Birds in the original photo can be taken out, the backrgound can be taken out , and the grass can be taken out also.
This just leaving in the design the dog as a bluetick hound, the state of tennessee colored in the proper orange, the border around it, and the words "Living Life 3 In"
