Contest Brief
We have been working with a designer to come up with a home page concept, and the attachment is what we have come up with, although it looks good it feels classic and not modern.
I dont think the homepage needs to be altered a lot but it needs something as it just doesnt look as good as i want it to look.
It has to be clean and easy to navigate. We need to make main search prominent as likes of amazon and other big ecommerce channels. Then we need the user to be able to select their car / van / motorcycle or tyre as per concept (see attached file).
- We are making a video so adding to the home page could be an option
- The website will sell used car parts
- Magento v2 will be used to develop this template
- UX needs to be taken into consideration to allow for easy navigation and good user experience while on site.
The menu's at the top should be
- Shop by Category
- About Us
- FAQ
- Blog
- Sign In
- Create an account
- Shopping basket (image for the basket)
We can include space for banners as a breaking point for the page.
I hope to see something that will blow my mind away, modern and unique.
