Contest Brief

I need a secondary logo for a new direction in my business see www.PsychotherapeuticTouch.com. It needs to have a similar style to my logo I use for my private practice (attached). This particular logo is for Psychotherapeutic Touch Training, but it cannot be too focused on hands as that looks too similar to massage therapy businesses.

I'm sending an image file of what might work as a concept - The image should be one of connection between two people. The picture I sent is what I'm looking for. Two people in connection. One person (therapist) hand on the back of the second person (client). Knees touching or overlapping. Therapist hand in palm up position, client hand in palm up position on top of it, out of the two palms up, a lotus grows. Color scheme should be similar to mine, colors I use are a deep aubergine and rust orange

This is a two part logo process. The first is the psychotherapeutic Touch Logo. The second is a modification of my logo (same basic design) but redrawn so that the style matches the new logo as these will be side by side so they need to be complementary

“Mst L was very professional and diligent in making the many changes I asked for. She was gracious and a really lovely person to work with. Her logo design was just perfect and her adjustment to my secondary logo so make it have the same "feel" as the new logo was great. There was a bit of a communication challenge that I am assuming was due to language translation so it took a bit more tries to get what I was asking for, but she was happy to make any corrections without complaint. I would definitely work with her again in spite of the communication imperfections, because the final product was absolutely worth it.”
