the card needs to be simple and elegant, we are a bathroom design company, and plumbing services attached is two examples of our company logo, please include customizable fields for: name, title, address, phone fax, email. and undivided attention on the back to our website: Milianplumbing.com/ on the center of the back of the card, the paper we are using is plastic and silver on both sides

Just to clarify, you want the background to be silver or is the material a silver colored plastic? Also, do you want the file in a format that you will edit on your own or do you just want to see the design with filler info until you decide on a design?
