Thank you for the clarification. I have shown your designs to the Registrar and we both like the personal touch with photos. Something we havent done previously. We would ask for perhaps a more "diverse" picture, like culturally different, rather than age difference as our clients are from all walks, ages and backgrounds, but we can discuss that if your design is chosen. I'll be in touch tomorrow and thank you again.

Hi Rachel. Thank you for your designs. I've already looked at your portfolio and am very impressed. I'll be presenting your designs to our President and Registrar tomorrow and we will have a decision by tomorrow afternoon. I'm just wondering what the $300 will include.

OK cheers thanks. $300 would include design and production of the majority of the report. Tables and graphs would need more time - I would provide a reasonable quote if chosen.
