  For the shinny effect, it also depend on the kind of paint and technique that you chose to paint on the metal frame. You can paint with flat color and the logo still have shiny effect beyond lighting , and that shiny effect also move following the movement of the golf trolley, it is more realistic and stronger effect , my opinion. Technical man in paint workshop will provide you that info
