Hello. I am the owner of an upcoming clothing line that will offer cartoons of children and their pets on t-shirts based on the real life photos of children and their pets or pet toys. I have attached a picture of a boy and a dog toy. This contest will allow me to identify graphic artists that can create very nice cartoons of children and pets from a photo. For the cartoon, please illustrate the boy that is in the attached pic driving the race car that is in the attached picture. The boy should be smiling. The dog should also be a cartoon, sitting next to the boy. The dog should be smiling also. The boy should have on light blue t-shirt and the dog should have no clothes on. The cartoon should look as close as possible like the boy and dog in the attached picture. **Make sure that the cartoon of the boy does not have the rabbit ears like he does in the picture. But the cartoon should look just like the boy and the dog. In real life, the boy and his parents should be able to recognize that the cartoon is of himself and the dog that is in the picture.
****Once I identify graphic artists that can do this to my liking, I can offer them ongoing work once I launch my business to the public as this is what I want to offer to my customers, where I can offer them matching apparel for their kids and pets, with cartoons of their kids and pets on the apparel. thank you for your consideration and participation in this contest.
**You now no longer need to draw a racecar, just a cartoon of the boy and the dog.

  Hi there, thank you for your submission to the contest. The winner that I chose had originally submitted an entry with a different car and the boy driving that car with the dog. The winner modified the car to reflect a different type of car, and will submit the final version to me of the car with the boy driving it and the dog. If you look closely at the file that the winning illustrator submitted to the contest, this illustrator has a very small image of the boy driving that race car with the dog in the upper left hand corner and the lower right hand corner of the file. But I appreciate your efforts and entry to this contest,, as I also appreciate everyone else's effort and participation in my contest. Have a great day!

  The request is just to make a cartoon of the boy smiling and the dog smiling for 20.00 USD. . I tried to edit the title to delete the race car part, but the website won't let me..
