Hello dear Contest Holder, here is my entry with the new design of you cafe. But first I want to thank you for the opportunity to work on your project. It has been a really nice experience and a pleasure. The design is a balance of quality and affordability. Will a small change of color to the exterior wall from white to a more darker grey, it will stand out of the surrounding buildings. With the current table layout you will receive roughly 15 new seats, but with the angle bench you have an opportunity for even more if it is a group of customers. Also two additional tables for customers who would rather share a more intimate space. Everything is comfortably separated from the street with a opportunity for further development with details and plants.The umbrella is a replacement in case you do not have a permission to extend the current awning over the new area, but both of them work perfectly for the new opened space. I am willing to work further with you in achieving the desired look
