Is Being a free Member on freelancer attract to rejections of my submissions ?
Hi , It is really strange that in spite of the best deigns i am submitting to the contest most of them are being rejected , If there were at least low ratings that would keep me still happy , But Why Rejected ?
I have noticed a strange thing and am really not sure of this , But when i am a premium member i receive good results and when i downgrade to free membership the results are also downgraded , Is it True ?
