They went beyond the required to look for free plugins that would expedite the work and deliver a professional work. They didn't complain when work got extended several times or when I was busy and couldn't reply to them.Cons: you can't rely on chatting to communicate here. You need to write down your comments on their work each and every round and send it across in a document. I felt that information or requirements I give during the skype sessions confuses/doesn't stick with them.For such a job, I will hire them again.
