I hired to get the writing bit done professionally and without having to micro-manage because I was short of time. Atul finished the job and gave me repeated rewrites but he submitted unfinished work repeatedly stating he had finished. I had to check and tell him multiple times that he hadn't finished. Then I had to mark out the sections he hadn't written before he finally finished. There were also some copy-pasting issues as well, and that was a 'mistake' apparently. I'm not at all impressed.
