Service provider alfyori provided a first sketch of very poor quality and little design, then, a second one of reasonable quality. After that, nothing. alfyori just stopped sending updates, and we file a dispute on the 10th day (deadline of the project), alfyori sent us a new black and white rough sketch, representing only half of a page, whereas alfyori was supposed to deliver 10 complete and coloured pages. Furthermore, alfyori requested the Escrow to be released!!!!!!!!! The dispute went up to the arbitration stage as alfyori refused to cancel the Escrow. But of course, we won the dispute and got our Escrow back. Keep away from alfyori.
