40s Story of love and pain

JGCROMS has not sent a single paragraph to me,after he got all my notes 2weeks ago.The only message was how sorry he was and that he had some personal issues.He stopped communicatiing as soon as he got my plot,setting and total plot for the job.I feel like a fool and I am deeply hurt and most especially furious.I have a deadline,and feels like this freelancer is just fooling around.I regret ever given this project out to him.I am deeply pained.
