Hi there. I am looking for a professional developer who can design a screen recording application for me which includes some unique features. The application should be compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
Main functionalities should include:
1. Screen Recording: The application should initiate recording through mouse clicks. The recording should be smooth and quality should be maintained.
2. Zoom Feature: The key feature I am interested in is the ability to automatically zoom in on the video after recording, using mouse and keyboard inputs. During recording, there should be an option to enable a live zoom button if necessary.
3. Licensed Use: I want only licensed personnel to have the ability to use this application. Furthermore, it should be designed in a way that only licensed users can export the recorded files.
