Wordpress Background skin for my current website

Hi There,
I am looking for a Wordpress expert who is able to create a background skin for my website [login to view URL] to match my logo (placed already) and to suit the branding. Clean black and white (may use one of my photos to be blended, there is currently a slideshow in place)
Other features I am looking for on the skin is my logo and personal details to list Phone number, email address (clicked to link), and two website address (clicked to link). As well as Social media icons, Facebook, Twitter, Instragram and link din (to click to link to my profiles).
I am looking for a quick turn around 5-7 days.
