Create a web ready animation

Our business provides Lifestyle Entertainment services to the mining, oil and gas industry in remote areas of Australia including TV, Internet and Telephony whilst users stay in their room (similar to a hotel). I am looking for a short animation where a cartoon character in high visibility clothing (typical mining worker) - mining worker approaches site administration to collect his E-Access Card - enters his room using his e-access card - uses his iPad to connect to the internet "Wirelessly" - uses his iPad to control the TV - "Connect TV" is displayed on TV screen in animation - mining worker makes a phone call to his family from the phone in the room - goes to the bar and uses his e-access card to purchase a beer - buys another beer from bar using his e-access card - tries to buy another beer but the bar staff tell him his quota has been reached by swiping his E-Access card - goes back to camp administration to "check out" where they present him with a bill for the beer he bought using his e-access card This project is a trial and there will likely be more business to follow for the successful freelancer Previous work should be referenced, price per hour and estimate of hours is required
