Website Optimisation

Hi

I have 2 websites and I would like to optimise them. They are both social bookmarking websites. They are taking a lot of server resources (hosted on VPS) because of which the server is suspended. We have been asked to optimise the websites before they can start hosting them again.

These are the stats:

Please see the load in the node when the VPS is started.
