Simple iOS Commission Calculation App

I'm searching for an experienced app developer to create a basic iOS application that calculates sales commissions.
Functionality:
- The app should be constructed to input five distinct values: Sales amount, Commission rate, Material Total, Labor Total, Par Sale after Discounts.
- The application should compute the commission based on the percentage of the Sales amount.
- The method of calculating the percentage in relation to the other input values has not been specified, so flexibility and adjustability should be built into the app to address this.
You enter the total cost of materials and labor separately plus the current commission rate. Then you choose from calculated values what discounts can and will be applied. The you enter the actual agreed upon sale price.

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in iOS app development
- Exceptional understanding of algorithms to create accurate computations
- Experience in making apps with adaptable calculation mechanics
- Capable of creating an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
