Ongoing Ruby ON Rails Project
$25-30 USD / hour
10 hrs/month with the potential to increase up to 50 hours (w/ new feature implementation)
Rate:
$25-30/ hour (depending on experience)
Retainer Agreement Engagment Responsibilities:
- Perform bug fixes
- A ticket system allowing our staff to send in issues to your support team and be able to follow up on the progress and resolution of our issues/bugs thru the ticket system.
- Managing system backups: we don’t want to lose any customer data, so we will set up and monitor backups so that the data doesn’t get lost if the system goes down.
- Maintenance of the server: this includes operating system patches on a regular monthly basis so the system is up to date with all security enhancements issued
- 24x7 support to handle any urgent issues
Requirements/ Experience with:
- Ruby on Rails
- Amazon Web Services
- Riak
- Braintree Integration

1. Bug fixes

3. 24x7 monitoring of the system so that in case the system goes down for any reason our team will get to work right away to resolve issues.
4. Managing system backups: we don’t want to lose any customer data, so we will set up and monitor backups so that the data doesn’t get lost if the system goes down.
5. Maintenance of the server: this includes operating system patches on a regular monthly basis so the system is up to date with all security enhancements issued
6. 24x7 support number to report any urgent issues
7. 5 hours a month updates to front end (eg. News posts, new school districts links, clients page, edit pages). After those 5 hrs it will be at a rate agreed upon $/hour rate..
8. 5 hours a month enhancements to back end. After those 5 hrs it will be at a agreed upon $/hour rate.
9. Demo server (show our clients how it works)
50 hours accumulation max
Future Features:
- Renewal Process for contractors
- Sortable fields for PQBids admin
- Excel report generated for PQBids admin of all data submitted by Agency or Contractors.
