Drupal portal to finish -- 2

We are looking for a drupal expert who should be able to finish a project, help us with some questions and after the project is done, we would appreciate keeping in touch for further help on administrating the website, so we don't have to look for someone else every time we've got a problem; (we hope for a long term partnership, if the project works fine).
We already have a theme, drupal 7.25 installed in our server.

Description of the project
The project is to have a portal with lots of resources about fruits. Various content types related to the fruits: general description, articles about nutritional values, how to eat it, photo gallery, videos... The content will also be added by several redactors.
We need help with
- Creating some new views (see the layouts attached)
- Inserting captcha for user login
- The configuration of multilanguage for translation
We would like to evaluate also how much work is it to turn the website into a responsive design so that the website can display well on any device.
