Upgrading Flex-Application

I need an experienced and professional Flex- / Flash-developer to add some new features and changes to our existing small working desktop-application, where we can generate and output some Flash- or HTML5-viewers. Application is made with Flex and Flash, published for adobe AIR. Application is similar to this one: [login to view URL] Now i need some new features and some small bugfixes and changes. New main-features: - player-size should automatically adjust to image-size after loading images - add a function to change mouse drag speed - should be possible to choose background image and background transparency (at the moment only background-color) - should be possible to choose export-directory (at the moment it use a predefined directory) - should be possible to load zoom-images also directly from computer (at the moment only by editing xml-file) - should be possible to choose zoom-factor in preview-windows - add some new functions by existing hotspot-feature and 2 new hotspot-types - should be possible to draw a text-field over images - add tooltips with description for button-functionalities in flash- and html5-viewers - fullscreen-mode for viewers - generated animations and viewers must works perfectly on mobile devices (they're loaded and works, but i think it needs some support for touch-commands) - license registration/activation must fully work - some small (design) changes and bugfixes I will send you a list with all detailed requirements after bid. I need this changes done professional and asap. You should be still available immediately after completion for any additional adjustments. I need all the (copy)rights and all source codes and files for further changes and every use. Code must be well structured and professionally implemented. Payment after successfull testing.
