I2C Smart card program Reader/Writer

I need a Vb.net program that uses the following API : [login to view URL] to communicate and manipulate a I2C smartcard. I have a OmniKey 1021 card reader writer. The API supports all other means of connecting to smartcards. The API is avaliable for free if used for private purposes such as these. Direct download to the api is : [login to view URL] I need the program to: Read the WHOLE card memory Provide a space where the raw data is shown and the ASCII converted dated is. Be able to write to these I2C memory smartcards. I will need the whole source and all documentation for the source. This is NOT a commercial project, this is a private project for a person interested in Smartcard technology. ## Deliverables This software needs to be stable and work properly. Pin verification (if needed) should be made. I can use any program you make to give you more info about the smartcard. Currently i have only the ATR of the card and the protocol it uses and which API i want the program developed with. I have included a ZIP with a rough picture in paint to show you(developer) of what i am looking for.
