I am looking at pricing out how much it would cost to develop desktop software which would have a splash page allowing you to select from different magazines. Once you click on the magazine it would open up the magazine, allow you to scroll through it (like how best buy, target, big companies all do their sunday ads except on the desktop). It would have some buttons such as facebook, twitter, social buttons. Also it would have a button to view all pages in miniature mode that you could scroll through and jump to a page easily. You could also print the magazine. I am looking to get an estimate on how much that would cost.
