help in installing Ruby on Rails in Mac computer

I am trying to install Ruby on Rails kit in my Mac to start learning coding. I am facing hard time to get it set in my mac machine. I have seen several videos and read many help advises in the web but still i am getting strange errors. my OS X version is 10.9.

I need some one to guide me through the process step by step until i finish the installation. I need advises through errors and how to overcome them. I know this shouldn't take time for an expert.
