Project Description:

I am starting a new company that would be dealing Runescape RSGP. Knowledge of this game is not required, but a basic overall on the game with location and understanding the trade system would be optimum.

This is a work from home opportunity--I am looking for serious, motivated candidates that can work with little to no supervision. Hours are flexible, but you will be required to work 6-7 days a week for 8-12 hours at a time. I will try to hire enough people so that there are sufficient breaks but as a company that is just starting off, you will be working harder at first. Then as the company gets bigger, I will remember your hard work for me at the beginning and will eventually give you more flexibility later on.

Though this position involves a game and can be fun and exciting, it is still a SERIOUS position. Dedicated and committed individuals only should apply.

You would essentially be dealing with sales, you would deal with customers through the Live Chat on my website or through MSN Messenger and answer their questions. When customers place an order, you would check the order went through through our system. Once everything has been checked, you would then be delivering the gold to them. It is quite a simple job, but the key is consistent friendly customer service and NEVER keep the customers any time throughout the whole shift.

As mentioned before--candidates must be hard-working and respectful individuals who take accountability for their work as they will be dealing with virtual currency. Employees will follow a specific chain of command; there will be high organization. Screen shots of transactions, logging the trade in an Excel Document and many other security measurements will be implemented. Theft or shady behavior is not tolerated and will be dealt with appropriately by law.

To be considered for this position, you must be respectful of authority and be able to take direction. Because this position is remote, we've run into issues with individuals not taking it as seriously as they would a regular office job. For this reason I require a minimum commitment of 1 month to the position. I spend a lot of time training and working with you one on one, and I are not interested in wasting that time on someone that is not fully committed to the job.

I would prefer requirement of English reading and writing level to be above average as most customers are English speaking. Also, please do not expect high payment as this company is starting out and until a more established clientele is achieved, payment will remain lower than normal. Also, this job is not as high paying as this job does not require full attention; you may multi-task during your shift, however the customers are always priority.

As said, the pay will be roughly $300-500 USD/month (paid bi-weekly or monthly) depending on how fast business picks up. I am aware for the amount of hours required for pay is not balanced, which is why I am likely to outsource this job to anyone in the world (China, Vietnam, Thailand and etc) who are willing to work or have no other opportunities due to whatever reason. Please do not ask for more money or you will be ignored. If you show trust, hard word and dedication, pay raises will be handed out appropriately, not by request.
