Experienced grant researching and grant writing and/or grant screening

$400 flat fee with 10% bonus split between 3% bonus on successful applications with an additional 7% for project management.

Submitting large scale grant applications $50K-$1.5M. for established non-profit doing humanitarian work world wide with a focus on indigenous populations in North America, Central America and South America.. The work is entrepreneurship training and micro lending for small business start-ups. The grant writing is compensated with a blend of $400flat fee for completed applications and contingency fee (3%) for successful applications and 7% for project management through the delivery of the training program. Attracting and supervising additional grant writers (Screening their grant applications) will result in additional pay. This can be part-time or full-time, home office, internet based work that will be as lucrative and meaningful as you make it.

We are the Unlimited Learning Foundation (a division of Serving Others Worldwide - nonprofit) and we are primarily a training organization that is now also entering into construction projects of schools and clinics. We have a preferred provider list of contracted: colleges, trainers, builders, doctors and coaches. The following target categories for grant writing are unlimited and include: Financial Literacy, Small Business Start Up, Education, Entrepreneurship, Community Development, Women in Business, Women in Work boots, Women in Heavy Equipment, Heavy Equipment Training, Small Business Training, Micro-Lending with an additional interest in serving grassroots communities internationally with community development training

Every grant application must be approved for payment by a supervisor. If no submission is successful then financial returns for the grant-writer will consist of flat fee only . However, financial returns can be significant with successful grant applications as many of our past project have ranged from $500K to $1M. The grant writer also has the opportunity to follow the grant to funding and manage the project for an additional 3% plus 7% for a total of 10% on top of the grant writing.
