Information retrieval is my daily job. I can mine data from any server, not only from static web page, but also from web services and DOM. I also could mine data using many computers with different IP addresses at once in parallel mode so it can be very fast. I can develop the software in 3 days, but it will depend on the target website. If it is a DOM (Dynamic Object Model), it may take 9 days to develop the bot. But, I am sure that stock exchange web must be DOM.
