Hello,
For this website I am looking for something similar to the websites we all use for freelanceing projects. I dont want a replica by any means, I need someone who can create and integrate my ideas as the project goes along.
I need someone who works fast, and also someone who would allow me to contact them and have conversations over the phone if their in the United States. However, if they're not in the United States then I would just request the programmer to have some kind of instant messenger so we can communicate more frequently and stay updated with one another as the project goes on.
I've have a bad experience with a programmer due to poor communication on his part, so excuse if this is seems a bit much.
