Project Description:
I need someone to create us a web site base that have most of the features that Getafreelancer has - but not all.- memberhips (as buyer and provider)
- no direct payment method - membership activation by hand by us after personal verification
- same kind of project submission as here
- all visible text need to be in tables/txt file as all the visible text will be translated
- no rss
- rating and feedback as here
- bidding as here
- no design needs - we will provide the design
So I need a little bit simplifier than GAF but anyway a project that we are not looking to create ourselves.
Portfolio and links are preferred.
Project management is from our side.
The server is Win2003 with IIS - there is PHP and MySQl in place.
Provider is to provide a full working, easy to install package for us to create the design and translation.
