Windows 8 Smartphone Developing. Other skills needed includes PHP and MySQL.

The Application development must be for the Windows 8 Mobile Smartphone, input capture would be FTP to our remote server.

Info is captured using Camera, Keyboard. Database must be running on the Windows * Mobile ( SQL lite ). After Data is entered by user, the data is sent via Data or Wifi ot remote server as a text file.

The Camera is expected to capture QR-Codes as numbers and date and time stamp the capture and the GPS info to the text files.

Persons Name, ID number and picture stored in the SQL lite would need to be downloaded from our MySQL remote server and updated in the Windows 8 Database.

All user interface graphics would be provided.

Note The App must be able to install on Window 7/8 Desktop also.
