Project Description:

I need a small mobile web app developed for the medical industry. Its a quick reference guide with a medical calculator. I have the template and most of the design work created and ready but I need a fairly simple database and calculation function built into it. The project consists of 6 main options each with 4 sub options, the sub options each have numbers 1-4. As an intern or doctor views these options they would be able to select each main category and then only one sub category from each main category. During this selection process as each sub category is selected, the numbers that are associated to the sub category will be calculated (added) to give a simple number result. e.g. cat one has number 3 selected, cat two has number 1 selected and so on to equal a final calculated number for example once all main category's have there sub category's selected the final number would be lets say 16. Now once this number is calculated (16) it would then have a secondary function that would allow the doctor or intern to click on a link/the number and be forwarded to a another page with a result based on the number that is final during the initial process. Now, for the next feature, I will need a photo gallery created with multiple categories that can be references from the last feature based on the final number as well.

It sounds more complicated than it is but I believe this is a simple project for the right person and shouldn't be more than an 8-10hr project to start. Also, this is the first of many features that will be added to this so who ever gets this job will have long term work from me.

Don't worry, I have all the criteria and the formula to follow to get the results based on the formula. I just need the functionality built in but I have the content as I said. This will always give the same results without further variables, in other words once its done it will never change and continue to give contained/canned results.
