2 small fix on 2 websites (1 contact form + 1 newsletter registration)

Hi, We need to apply two fixes on two differente websites. 1 - Make one contact form work. We have code example that we use in other websites. The form generate one JSON response, we need to apply one CSS code for this notification box. 2 - Make one newsletter form to work. (We need to send new registration by e-mal and also if possible store on an .txt file for example.)
