web developer and flash developer needed on standby

Project Description:
this is very simple project if any one expert php, programming, my sql, database and html,I have a website that has a flash application and I need someone on standby just incase something goes wrong and can be fixed right away. You would be able to be reached anytime and be able to fix it.
I also make picture and video updates as well so you would need to know how to watermark pics and videos and edit them and upload them to flash gallery. If you can write down the steps how to upload them, that would be great. .
Please let me know if I can have you on standby if I have any issues with my site and to make updates. Thank you!
