Magento expert needed for ongoing projects

I am looking for a talented Magento expert to work with me on solving a number of projects on an exisisting Magento EE website. A couple of current issues we have going on right now have to do with caching problems where updates to the site are not appearing for a few hours after they should. Also, our the php scripts that are triggered by cron jobs that update our inventory details isn't working as it should.

Please have the following before bidding:

A large percentage of your completed freelancer projects are Magento based

Have strong English communication ability

Be able to work hours that are in line with the Eastern Time Zone of North America (or as close as possible)

Be able to work with others. I currently have 2 other really talented Magento people from here helping.
