Salesforce & Inbound Marketing Automation Administrator Description: We are a US-based market research company seeking an entrepreneurial individual to operate as our sales and marketing administrator. This role encompasses complete ownership of customer relationship management system (CRM), companywide technology sales processes, the marketing automation system and the interaction of these systems with the website (Public & Secure site) . Responsibilities: • Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage salesforce functionality. • Configuration of user interface to various end users • Perform initial and routine data cleansing exercises while implementing processes for more accurate storage of information in both the CRM and marketing automation system. Responsible for configuring Salesforce to meet business needs for real time business information, accurate assessments of metrics, and personalized experiences • Document, Train, and provide ongoing support to all system users. • Ensure Salesforce, the marketing automation tool, the Web site and other assets are effectively integrated and data output is presented in a usable manner by all stakeholders • Manage vendors and make recommendations for technology upgrades or changes. • Collaborate with end users to create and maintain training materials. • Drive adoption and usage of technology and manage the new user onboarding process • Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the applicable updates • Drive planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects. Requirements: • +3 years of experience in managing [login to view URL], marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot, Google Analytics and popular email marketing tools. • Experience (e.g., SQL) and interest in how databases are built and how they operate. • General understanding of HTML and other website coding languages • Passionate about usability issues and a strong interest in visual aesthetics • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Can effectively interface with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and determine most effective means to implement workflows and applications. • Experience configuring various salesforce modules including but not limited to lead management, case management, campaign management, workflows, profiles, roles, telephony and email integration • Experience with creating advanced/custom reports and company dashboards. • [login to view URL] Certifications and use of salesforce plugins like the excel connectorare a nice to have. • Thorough understanding of the different [login to view URL] Editions and the features/functions capable in each. • Committed to systematically documenting processes\ • Change management skills to drive people to embrace new processes • Experience with installing and configuring packages from appexchange. • Excellent attention to detail and complex problem solving capabilities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to present information clearly and effectively. Education: • Bachelors Degree required. • Strong relevant work experience considered.
