Build me a Twitter following - April

I need 3000 Twitter followers and 200 tweets and 300 re-tweets. All followers must be from US and India (700 from US and 300 from India). All must have real profiles. If I find any follower with a blank profile or blank timeline without any recent activity or any nude or nonsense posts in the profiles following me on twitter, the follower count goes disqualified and the project is immediately terminated without no pay for the project. All profiles must have real followers as well in the niche of seo, blogging and making money. Details of Followers that I can count as qualified: 1. All followers must be from US and India with minimum 100+ followers of theirs, and should have an active timeline. 2. All followers profile must be real, have an updated "About" section with country name and details of what they do. 3. There must be be any non-sense types or adult-related post in their timeline. If it is found in their timeline that they are tweeting every day a fixed number of tweets, it means they are in business of sharing followers...so such profiles gets disqualified. Even during the project, if we see that your quality of profiles liking are bot, and not real or they involved in twitter follow business, the project stands cancelled immediately, with no pay for the work done. 4. All followers must be permanent. 5. Twitter account must be promoted within the Terms of Twitter. 6. NO bots, NO Blackhat techniques, NO Farmville, Citiville or any other game 7. Need to list how many followers and form which country. 8. Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity We will pay 50% after you complete the 3000 qualified followers and the remaining 50% after we have verified all of the above mentioned terms.
