We are a US Corporate Financial Company in Los Angeles, California area, and we are looking for Assistants that can work virtually anywhere in the world and set appointment for our Managers for a job interview. No sales required. We need someone with good communication skills that can speak English language fluently with no strong accent since you will be conversing with professionals. It's an easy job, these people that you will contact are those who are applying for a job means they will be in need of this. We are results oriented but very considerate with our contractors. We provide everything the contractor needs in order to get things done. This is a long term project so we make sure to support you with our best Management team in order for you to be successful. Make sure to meet the basic requirements: 1. Good command of English with no heavy accent. 2. Call center or phone experience is preferred. 3. Must have an updated pc, working headset and at least 2MBPS wired DSL connection. 4. Must have a functional headset with microphone. 5. Should be familiar with Goto Meeting - this is the application we used for Interview and Company meetings. ([login to view URL]). Must have a Skype ID too - this is where we communicate. 6. Someone that can manage time working during 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Los Angeles Pacific Time. 7. Has the ability to follow directions, results oriented, needs minimal supervision, trustworthy, and someone that has a great attitude. I understand the job profile here, and would just like to mention that while I don't have an experience particularly with "appointment setting", I have enough experience of talking with customers and clients, understanding what they need, and then making them understand what I need. I think my 13 years of experience in the customer service and team management would help me here. I have strong communication skills, owing to my career in the BPO industry here in India. I started my career as a customer support executive for a US giant in telecom, and went on to become a manager in the customer service. My skills are best described by the fact that I have trained people, and they're now successful professionals in the customer service industry. While I understand that this profile is somewhat different to customer service, I also think that whatever you say, it's more about dealing with people, understanding the issues and providing perfect solutions by getting them to talk to the best manager in town :). I satisfy all requirements that you mentioned in the job post, including soft skills, hardware and software requirements. I'm an expert in time and work management. I follow directions all the times, and do the basics right. I'm looking for a full time, long term opportunity, and I guess this may turn out to be just that.
