Development of inverter 12 or 24 V DC input, 230 V/50 Hz, 1050 W AC output.

The inverter should be pure sine. Will be used in a Photo Voltaic system.

Altium compatible electrical scheme should be provided, as well as PCB design (GBR files). The cost of the components is important - we look for low-cost solution. So please provide BOM with rough estimation of the cost.
