I need a program written that basically intercepts HTTP/HTTPS-requests from [login to view URL] (Internet Explorer etc.), [login to view URL] (Mozilla Firefox) and Web Sockets for Chrome and is able to add our Internet Cafe Stats <script> tag in the <head> element of received html data of certain sites.
We have some source code that can be used in this project that pretty much performs what's needed but it all needs to be put together. You can choose to use the code attached or use your own. [login to view URL]
1) It needs to be injected into [login to view URL] and run with startup. It also needs to have no user interface when first executed.
2) When the client computer receives the HTTP request's return data it needs to search for the <head> element of the html and inject our <script> element right after the <head> tag and present the changed data to the browser.
3) The program needs to be compatible with all Windows versions since 2000 right up to Windows 7.
4) An additional exe is needed to unload the program from memory if it exists and also remove it from startup.
5) It needs to delete any existing Windows lmhosts files too.
We want the above to function in User Mode(ring 3)
Many years of experience in C++/Reverse Engineering/Hooking. The project will be not based on Microsoft Detours.
I've made something like this before in a security application that was meant to block certain websites which also replaced the content.
