I need an upgrade of my website which is an App made in Python and Django.

the upgrade is just to make a copy of the website in more 2 languages(all the text files will be provided), and to put a link on the first page with flags of the languages with links + put a footnote in the mainpage with link to press page.
besides that we need an server upgrade(print screen attached) to make the App(website) to work properly.
and, we need an update of the email settings to the website contact form to redirect the messages to my email properly.
